Q. Why do ABRA members benefit?
A. ABRA
members can earn BACK a maximum of $25 per month for each month they spend at least
$100 in fuel (with a gas certificate) or groceries (with a grocery certificate).
And honestly who isn't doing that today. There is no membership to buy, no need
to buy anything EXTRA... just simply continue to buy the gas or food you normally
buy.
Q.
How do I get the $25 gas or grocery gift card each month?
A. Here's
the process.
Step 1: The consumer takes the certificate
they receive from ABRA as a bonus for their member registration.
Step 2: Activate it by going online and filling out a form (free) or mailing it in to the redemption company (there
is a one-time non-refundable $4.50 fee to register by mail as the redemption company
has to ship the vouchers back to the customer so they can redeem them).
Step 3: At the time of activation you
will select the brand of gas you will be using, or the supermarket or grocery store
you do your food shopping at, for the entire redemption period. At this time you
will be issued redemption coupons (mail in rebate forms) with your name, the activation
number and the month and year that the coupon needs to be sent in to us.
Step 4: On the first day of the very
next month, you begin to save your gas or food receipts when you fill up or go food
shopping.
Step 5: Once you have at LEAST $100
in receipts, you mail those receipts and that month's redemption coupon to the address
on the voucher itself. Once this is received it will be processed and you will be
issued a $25.00 gift card (for the same brand of fuel or for the supermarket where they purchased your food) and mailed to you. Once you receive the card you can use
it at any fuel station or food store that accepts that gift card.
Q. What specific brands of gas stations and
grocery store chains participate in this program?
A. ALL gas brands and grocery stores (Super markets) are available. You can choose
ANY gas brand OR supermarket you want.
If it is not listed among the ones on the
redemption site then simply choose OTHER and tell us the NAME of that brand or market.
Q. Does the $25 gift card I receive every month have to be spent/used at the brand of gas station or supermarket I selected upon registering the certificate?
A. NO. Everyone
will receive a Visa Debit Card in the amount of $25, which may be used anywhere
Visa is accepted.
Q. Do these gas or grocery certificates expire?
A. Yes.
There is an expiration date on the gas or grocery certificates. Each certificate
must be registered prior to that date.
Q. Is there a time limit that I have to activate
and use their gas or food certificate?
A. Once
you activate the gas or grocery certificate you are given you should start collecting
receipts the 1st of the very next month. When you reach $100, you need to send them
in so you can be issued the $25 gas or food gift card. You must submit gas or grocery
receipts equaling $100 each month for the length of the redemption period.
Q. What happens if I don't spend $100 on
gas during a calendar month?
A. Then
you would not be issued your $25 gift card for that month. The underwriters of the
program require that we submit all gas receipts each calendar month and therefore
you cannot combine 2 months of receipts to submit them as one. You must spend $100
on gas per month.
Q. Do the receipts have to be mailed in by
a certain date?
A. Before the end of the month.
The receipts need to be postmark before the end of the month the voucher and
receipts are for.
Q. Where do I mail my vouchers and receipts?
A. Please
mail your receipts and vouchers for the same month to: Grocery Voucher Department
or Gas Voucher Department @ 827 W. Grove Avenue, Suite 100, Mesa, AZ, 85210.
Q. How do I print my vouchers?
A. Each
month you must log back onto claimyourgas.com or claimyourgroceries.com, enter your pass-code in the registration section and print that voucher.
